I've always wondered about the breath holding world record thing. I've heard Penn say/imply that it was fake multiple times, and that he supposedly heald his breath for 10 minutes longer(or whatever) than anyone else in history. However, i always thought that that particular stunt was real, because I free dive and I understand the different categories and techniques of holding one's breath. David didn't just use free diving/breath holding techniques to hold his breath for as long as he did. He actually saturated his blood with oxygen as well right before getting in the water. And it's not like his record(if it even was a record) was like 75% longer than anyone else has ever done. In fact, if I'm not mistaken, I believe he may not have even gotten the record on his first attempt and had to make a second attempt at another time. Again, not saying there was no trickery involved, just that it is possible for people to hold their breath for that long(actually now that i think about it i think he did get the record, and then later on someone else beat his time.)

I feel like when you are addicted on drugs especially cocaine a real woman end man would get themselves help and I mean getting clean at that point I put the blame on the drugs after you get clean and go back to the drug it's all on you at that point because you know firsthand what that mess can do to you like destroy you😮😮😮
